Official conference language is Russian (English).
The “Book of abstracts” will be available prior to conference dates.
Contributions in digital form and on paper together with data exchange approval documents for publications in “Plasma Physics Reports” (ISSN: 0367-2921) and “Instruments and Experimental Techniques” (ISSN: 0032-8162) journals are to be submitted to the organizing committee upon registration. Contribution formatting guidelines are available at journal websites.

1) An MS Word document with volume of up to two A4-format pages.
2) Margins: upper and lower - 2.54 cm, left and right – 3.17 cm.
3) Font – Times New Roman.
4) Title: bold, CAPITAL LETTERS, 14 pt. size, line spacing – single, center alignment. Skip two lines after the title.
5) Authors: font size – 12 pt., line spacing – single, center alignment. Corresponding author name shall be underlined. In case of multiple institutions, place an upper index of organization after the author name.
6) Affiliations: italic, font size – 12 pt., line spacing – single, left alignment. In case of multiple institutions, place an upper index corresponding to that of the author name.
7) Abstract body: font size – 12 pt., line spacing – single, alignment-by-width, paragraph margin – 1.25 cm.
8) References shall include: author name, source title (ex. journal or conference title), year; page, volume and issue numbers.
